BIOGRAPHY
Marco Leali, singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, was born in northern Italy, where he still lives to this day. He' s been writing music since age 12, searching a new dimension of spontaneity in his works.
Marco Leali's music reflects his love for nature and his philosophical views on many aspects of human society. His style might be best described as a unique synthesis of folk, celtic music, rock and world music. Most of his songs are written and played acoustically.
Both musically and lirically, one can find a big number of influences on the artist: songwriting greats like Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, Neil Young and Paul Simon, or even revolutionary acts such as Miles Davis, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple and The Doors, among others.
His live concerts are special and sometimes very unusual: he once played in a vegetable garden! Despite that, he was also present at the 2022 edition of the 'Jazz and the city' music festival in Salzburg.
Marco Leali also is the bassist and founding member of the metal band Atallkyrr.
